Payment

Orders placed on our Website require pre-payment with a credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal. Checks and money orders can be sent through the mail. Please contact us to pay for your order by check. Sorry: No CODs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by weight. One jar of preserves is 1 pound, 1 bottle of cider is 2.75 pounds. The chart below outlines the shipping fees based upon weight:

Note: At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, for multiple quantity orders placed on Long Island, please contact us as we offer free delivery.

Returns

No refunds or exchanges. Cases will be determined on an individual basis. Please contact us for additional information.

Damaged Merchandise

If an order arrives damaged, the Vineyard at Borgo Medioevale must be notified within 24 hours. The product and all packaging material must be retained until the matter is resolved.

Sales Tax

NEW YORK STATE shipments are subject to sales tax, including tax on the shipping and handling fees. If you are an organization claiming tax exemption, provide a copy of your exempt organization certification, or resale certificate.
